Individual Meeting Report

On 26^th of October we had a meeting in ADMC in the class T015B at 8:15 am to 8:45. The meeting‘s topic was Discuss the issue of change and improving the campus of ADMC. The number of the members was three and each one had different role, for example I was the facilitator and Abdulla Awadh was the note taker. Since I was the facilitator so, I had to start the meeting and discus the items which were ordered in the Agenda one by one. We all agreed with most of the points but relaying on the priority. For instance, parking issue and maintaining the old buildings are more important than indoor sport area and increasing green areas. The meeting went well because we all gives ideas and while the meeting is going on Abdulla is taking the note taker and at the end I gave the recommendation and make sure to distribute the work among them. It might gone better if I put the date, location and time of the meeting at the end.
